Methodology
WOW Factors were fortunate to have met Dr Kobus Neethling who introduced them to his battery of Brain
Instruments (Neethling Brain Instruments -NBIr) and the 'Organisational Wellness' Instrument. These
tools have been adopted by WOW Factors to assess gaps or growth inhibitors in all organisations, large or
small, and are used as powerful people development tools. The NBIr consists of Instruments such as the
PersonalWhole Brain Instrument, Skills Instrument, Job Skills Instrument, Creativity Instrument, Parenting
Instrument, various sports instruments such as Rugby,Soccer,Tennis,Golf etc.and many others.
WOW Factors uses these Instruments to help individuals and ultimately organisations with how they do
business, how they communicate, learn, teach, solve problems, interact with people etc.The NBI tools that
WOW Factors use most often for organisations are the Preference Profile, Skills Profile and Job Profile.A
combination of these three help organisations to understand the individuals that work for them, what makes
them 'tick' (their preferences), their skills (abilities) and how they are suited to different work environments
(job). These tools assist in resolving conflict amongst team members and management and assist companies
in bringing out the very best in their employees.
